Video Editing: Professional editing for content, including but not limited to gameplay videos, highlights, as well as special events and milestone videos.

VOD Scrubbing: Reviewing video-on-demand content by navigating through the footage to highlight key moments and create a more engaging and concise final product.

After discussing the scope of the project, the client will be provided with a quotation based on the complexity and length of the video.

Once the quotation is agreed upon, both parties will confirm the project details and turnaround time.

A 50% upfront payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion.

The artist will then provide the client with an initial draft of the project which will include only basic cuts of the footage provided. This will serve as the foundation of the video.

Clients are encouraged to request the addition or removal sections of during this stage as you will no longer be able to do so once the second round of editing for the final draft has started.

The artist will provide the client with the final draft of the video. The client may provide feedback or request any revisions to the editing with the exception of adding additional footage that was not approved during the initial draft stage.

Clients are encouraged to give suggestions or provide additional ideas to the editor during this stage.

Payment of the remaining 50% of the balance is required before the final product is released.

The final product will be released through a Google Drive link, and will be available for 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

Payments can be made via Wise and PayPal. (Wise is preferred due to lower transaction fees)

All prices are quoted and payable in USD or PHP.

If final payment is not received within 7 days of project completion, a late fee of 5% will be applied for each week the payment is delayed.

Revisions are included in the project costs, with the exception of adding additional footage to the base video once the initial draft has been approved.

Revisions should be provided within 3 days of receiving the initial edit.

Revisions that deviate from the original project scope will incur additional costs.

Standard turnaround time is 7-14 days for a 10 minute video, depending on project complexity.

Rush services are available only to Shorts and TikTok commissions for an additional fee.

To ensure quality of the final product, I will not be accepting rush orders for YouTube videos.

If delays occur on the client's end such as late feedback or materials, the project timeline may be adjusted accordingly.

Client must communicate with the artist properly and with respect. Remember, the artist is working with the client and not for the client.

Client must provide all necessary assets, and materials (video footage, graphics, audio files) in a timely manner.

Client must provide detailed instructions and preferences should be communicated clearly at the start of the project to avoid misunderstandings.

Upon final payment, the client retains full ownership of the edited video.

However, I reserve the right to use the edited work for my portfolio and the right to record/stream the editing process for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.
